We are sure that we have the belt cleaner to fit your conveyor system’s maintenance and cleaning needs.  Our belt cleaners are one of the easiest to install requiring only 4” of room from the chute wall and can be located anywhere out of the trajectory of the product and below the vertical tangent point of the head pulley.  The installation of our Belt Cleaners is easy and time efficient.  They are compact, lightweight and can be used in wet and dry applications.

Industrial Belt Cleaners
The Industrial belt cleaner offers you the maintenance and cleaning of your conveyor belt in a variety of situations.  It is built with a long wearing, tough urethane blade and supported on a special aluminum frame.  The use of stainless steel support and tensioning pipes contribute to its corrosion resistance.  The Industrial belt cleaner comes in a variety of sizes for conveyor belt widths for 18” to 96”.

Marine / Heavy Duty / Anticorrosion / SS316   
This belt cleaner is the answer to your marine, heavy duty, anticorrosion needs.  It is made of 316 stainless steel.  Designed originally for salt water applications, it offers a unique strength for chemical applications where corrosion can be a problem.  These are available by special order, and are quickly manufactured to your exact specifications and needs.
